The Service Desk
The Service Desk is manned by technically gifted staff who can help resolve any issues that may arise with your virtual infrastructure. Each of our vSupport packages provide users with 24/7 access to an online portal where you may add, review, update or close requests as well as email and telephone access to the Service Desk from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
SITS Group provide software, hardware and operation status break fix support. Customer receives all email alerts and is responsible for reporting any faults or issues to SITS. SITS works to resolve issues and liaises with any 3rd parties required to deliver the fix, arranging for any hardware swap out, software updates to be implemented etc ..

SITS Group receive all email alerts for hardware and software we support. Any faults, we respond to automatically in working hours informing the customer of the issue and its resolution. Veeam backup jobs are managed, all alerts and overnight summary emails are received by SITS, any issues are responded to automatically by SITS and client notified of the root cause and the steps to remediate the issue.
