About SITS Group

SITS Group was formed in March 2008 by four like-minded people who foresaw the potential that virtualisation technology could deliver to businesses of all sizes. All four founders were already experienced IT consultants and sales professionals working around the UK for various companies, however we wanted to focus on what we believed was the technology next in line to change the way business' delivered their IT infrastructures.

We set out to be specialists in our chosen technology, choosing not to get involved in the many other aspects that fall under the IT umbrella, we simply focused on the virtualisation of IT infrastructures for our clients. Over the last four years our beliefs have proved successful, our in depth knowledge and attention to detail in our specialist area has resulted in us being acknowledged by the vendors of our chosen key products , such as VMware. We have been nominated for the past two years as VMware Small Business Partner of the year and VMware Rising Star, both times coming runner up out of all other UK partners.

Our aim in 2008 was to be the best at what we do, our strategy was to hire the best people we can find and continue to train and develop them keeping our teams skills strong and current and staying abreast of the emerging technologies. Our reputation has gone from strength to strength over the last few years based on this strategy and this is something we will continue to follow.

We work with a range of different clients in the private sector from manufacturers to legal practices. Most of our private sector clients are in the 100-1000 seat capacity and are as far and wide as Aberdeen to London. We also have a range of public sector clients including National Park Authorities to NHS Trusts. All these companies have one thing in common; they want to work with a Virtualisation Specialist, not just a broadline reseller.

Working in partnership with our clients to understand your requirements and long term IT strategies is our key goal. We engage with you early in the project life-cycle working tightly with all project stakeholders to provide tailored solutions that fulfil both long and short term strategies or project requirements.
